If you are a zoo keeper and work with snakes you will find that MED's easy to use Snake Containment Tubes save time, provide safety, and improve treatment. Snakes slither into our tubes which have anesthetic inlets and scavenge fittings.

1 1/2 inch (smaller tube) internal diameter tube with anesthetic and scavenger fitting as well as a fabric seal.

2 1/2 inch (larger tube) internal diameter tube with a 15 mm anesthetic fitting at one end and a 7 mm fitting for an anesthetic scavenger at the opposite end.  The tube comes with both a fabric seal for longer snakes or an end plate for shorter snakes. The fabric seal arrangement allows the induction of larger snakes without exhausting the anesthetic to the room, as is seen in the picture on the Snake Tube home page. It also permits using a short tube which is easier to store when not in use.
